I didn’t start using Photoshop and Illustrator in 1996 because I wanted to be a graphic designer. I was still in school, studying English. As an artist, I just wanted to play with a new medium. What I discovered is that my particular way of working was well-suited to digital image manipulation, and so I continue to explore that area and refine my talents, which in turn inform my professional workflow and sensibilities.
