These designs represent some of my best work for Driving Force. Most of these designs went dark when Driving Force sold its dealer websites division, but I made these screenshots before that happened. Auto dealers are notorious for cluttering up their homepages with pop-ups, pop-ins, auto-playing videos, chat bots, calculators, and every other gimmick 3rd party plugin vendors can convince them to implement. Thankfully, these dealers trusted Driving Force implicitly to handle the look and feel of their online brands. The designs are all based upon various templates I built for use with Driving Force’s content management system, d2admin.
Landers Nissan
This design was built using the Elastik 2.0 responsive template I developed for Driving Force. It’s fully compliant with Nissan’s Marketing guidelines and features a vehicle model browser, pure CSS buttons (no scripts or images required), sidebar search, and embedded video.
Fredy Kia
This design is built on the Franklin template I developed for Driving Force. It features a full-width “hero” banner, floating search bar, inventory feed-based vehicle carousel, and inventory-based automated vehicle specials.
Westpoint Lincoln
This design was built on the Franklin responsive template I developed for Driving Force. It’s fully compliant with Lincoln’s Marketing guidelines and features a full-width “hero” banner, floating search bar, graphic buttons, and pure CSS buttons.
Don Davis Auto Group
This design was built using the Elastik 2.0 responsive template, with a hub website homepage variation. It features make-restricted inventory search panels (new and used), a make model browser, and graphic buttons. Don Davis was particular about their branding, and to that end I coordinated the design with their longtime marketing partner, Carter Crume & Co.
Don Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
This design was built using the Elastik 2.0 responsive template, using Don Davis’s distinctive yellow color scheme, which was developed by Carter Crume & Co. It features a make-restricted model browser, graphic buttons, pure CSS buttons, sidebar search, and a modal lead-generator that loaded whenever the $200 coupon button was clicked.
Mac Haik Mississippi
This design was built using a template developed exclusively for Mac Haik Auto Group. It features looped background video, floating search bar, inventory-based dynamically updated vehicle counts, and graphic button panels.
Jerry Durant Auto Group
This site was built using the Elastik 1.0 template. It features graphic buttons and inventory-feed based automated vehicle specials.
Delta Q Consultants
This site was built using the Elastik 1.0 template. It features a “hero” slideshow, 3-column content layout, and a special partial-width navigation menu to accomodate the client’s logo on the same line (per client request).
Ad Group National
This site was built using the Elastik 1.0 template, heavily modified to accomodate the graphic buttons to the right of the 4-panel slideshow. It also features a 3-column content layout.
Shred Pro Services
This site was built on the Fuller template I developed for Driving Force. It features a full-width content wrapper and was Driving Force’s first responsive-down-to-mobile template (previous responsive templates broke down to the tablet level; JavaScript was used to serve an entirely different template to mobile users).
